Mystery Plant - Strange white flower with stranger seed heads


Here is a very strange plant. It has small white flower but the flower head is really bizarre.

  2. I think it is Queen Anne's lace or something close, Daucus sp.

  3. Thank you ... Anonymous ... I looked it up and yes ... you are correct. All the photos I found resemble the plant I have seen here. The scientific name is Daucus carota ... but I will just do another post with all the other interesting information related to this plant. I would like to acknowledge you as having identified the plant but will be unable to do so unless you include your name.
